| 摘 要： | 目的探讨慢性乙型肝炎病毒携带在妊娠期对孕妇细胞免疫功能的影响。方法26例乙肝病毒携带孕妇为研究组，21例正常孕妇为对照组，采用流式细胞术检测两组外周血中CD3^＋、CD4^＋、CD8^＋、CD4^＋／CD8^＋的水平。结果两组的CD3^＋、CD4^＋、CD8^＋、CD4^＋／CD8^＋的水平无明显差异伊〉0．05）。结论乙肝病毒携带对孕妇细胞免疫功能无明显影响。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of chronic hepatitis B virus carrier on cellular immune function in pregnant women.Methods Twenty-six cases of pregnant women with hepatitis B virus carrier were selected as a research group while twenty-one cases of normal pregnant women were selected as a control group.Then,the flow cytometry was used to detect the level of CD3+,CD4+,CD8+ and CD4+/CD8+ in the peripheral blood of the two groups.Results There were no significant differences between the two groups in CD3+,、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+ level(P＞0.05).Conclusions The chronic hepatitis B virus carrier has no significant effect on cellular immune of pregnant women. |
