| 摘 要： | 目的：研究恢复踝穴的正常解剖结构对踝关节爆裂骨折术后提高踝关节功能的影响。方法：对行内、外固定治疗的踝关节爆裂骨折21例进行观察。结果：随访3个月－1年半，疗效优12例，良6例，差3例，优良率85．7％。结论：应用内、外固定术恢复踝穴的正常解剖结构是治疗踝关节爆裂骨折的较有效的治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the influence of restoring the normal anatomical structure of ankle on improving the function of ankle operative treatment of burst fracture of ankle. Methods 21 cases of burst fracture of ankle were observed and internal and external fixations were adopted to treatment. Results Follow-up ranged from 3 months to 1 year and a half. The effect of 12 cases were excellent , 6 cases good and 3 cases bad. The excellent and good rate was 85.7%. Conclusion It might be more effective in treatment of burst fracture of ankle for internal and external fractions to restore the normal anatomical structure of ankle. |
