| 摘 要： | 目的探讨氯吡格雷对急性脑梗死患者血浆溶血磷脂酸（LPA）水平及血小板功能的影响。方法选择明确诊断的急性脑梗死患者62例，完全随机分为2组：氯吡格雷组30例，除常规治疗外口服氯毗格雷75mg／d；对照组32例，根据病情适当给予脱水、胞二磷胆碱营养脑细胞等常规治疗。分别测定2组患者治疗前及治疗2周后LPA水平，同时进行神经功能缺损评分。结果2组血浆LPA水平及神经功能缺损评分较同组治疗前均明显下降，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；氯吡格雷组治疗后血浆LPA水平及神经功能缺损评分均较对照组治疗后明显下降，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论氯吡格雷能有效降低血浆LPA水平，降低神经功能缺损评分。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the influence of Clopidogre on lysophosphatidic acid (LPA) in acute cerebral infarction. Methods Sixty-two cases of acute cerebral infarction were enrolled, including 30 cases of ther-apeutic group, 32 cases in control group. In the therapeutic group the patients had dehydration, neurotrophic agents and clopidogrel 75 mg/d. The concentration of LPA was measured and the degree of neurofunction defect was ana-lyzed before and 2 weeks after treament. Results The level of LPA and degree of neurofuntion defect decreased af-ter treatment in both groups (P>0.01 ) . There was significant difference in therapeutic group compared with con-trols(P<0.01 ). Conclusion Clopidogre decreases lysophosphatidic in acute cerebral infarction. |
