住院精神病患者焦虑抑郁情绪及影响因素评估

目的探讨住院精神病患者焦虑、抑郁情绪的发生率及其主要影响因素。方法采用焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表对153例住院精神病患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪进行评估，并应用自制调查表对其产生的原因进行逐步回归分析。结果住院精神病患者焦虑情绪发生率为30．72％，抑郁情绪发生率为45．09％，同时伴有焦虑抑郁情绪的发生率为28．76％。影响住院精神病焦虑情绪的主要因素为住院次数、病程、家庭经济状况；影响抑郁情绪的主要因素为病程、住院次数、病后家庭及单位和社会关心情况。结论住院精神病患者存在不同程度的焦虑、抑郁情绪，应重视产生这些情绪的影响因素，有针对性的进行干预。

Incidences of anxiety-depression emotions in hospitalized psychotics and influencing factors

Objective To investigate incidence rates of anxious and depressive emotions and influencing factors in hospitalized psychotics.Methods Anxiety and depression emotions were assessed with the Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS) and the Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS) in 153 hospitalized psychotics and stepwise regression analyses conducted for their causes with the Self-made Questionnaire(SQ).Results Incidence rates of anxiety,depression and anxiety-depresiion emtions were respectively 30.72%,45.09% and 28.76%.Main influencing factors of anxious emotions were hospitalization frequency,course of disease and family economy status and those of depressive emtion course of disease,hospitalization frequency,post-illness family,unit and society support.Conclusion Hospitalized psychotics have anxious and depressive emotions in varying degree,their influencing factors should be taken seriously and interventions conducted purposefully.
