572例性病门诊患者支原体鉴定及10种抗菌药物敏感性测定

目的 了解性病门诊患者支原体感染及耐药情况。方法 对572例性病门诊患者进行了支原体培养鉴定及10种抗菌药物敏感性试验（美满霉素、强力霉素、阿齐霉素、交沙霉素、左氧氟沙星、克拉霉素氧、罗红霉素、氧氟沙星、四环素和红霉素）。结果 572病例中支原体阳性251例，感染率为43．9％。单独解脲支原体（Uu）、单独人型支原体（Mh）及Uu＋Mh混合感染的阳性率分别为39．5％（226例）、2．8％（16例）、1．6％（9例）：男性感染率为32．5％（89例），女性感染率54．4％（162例）。支原体对10种药物敏感性较高的是美满霉素、强力霉素、阿齐霉素、交沙霉素和左氧氟沙星；药物敏感性较低的是红霉素、氧氟沙星和四环素。结论 性病门诊支原体感染率为43．9％，女性高于男性（P〈0．05）；主要为Uu引起（占93．6％）；美满霉素、强力霉素、阿齐霉素、交沙霉素和左氧氟沙星敏感率分别高于红霉素、氧氟沙星和四环素（P〈0．05）。

The results of the tests on mycoplasma infection in 572 outpatients with STD and the analysis of drug susceptibility to ten kinds of antimicrobial agents

Objective To determine the mycoplasma infection and the drug resistance in outpatients with STD. Methods Mycoplasma cultures were carried out with the samples of 572 cases and the susceptibility of mycoplasma to ten kinds of antimicrobial agents were done on the positive samples(Minomycin, Doxycline, Azithromycin, Joxamycin, Levofloxacin, Clarithromycin, Roxithromycin, Tetracycline, Ofloxacin, Erythromycin). Results 251 of 572 cases were infected with mycoplasma. The total positive rate was 43.9 %. The positive rate of Uu, Mh and mixed both infection were 39.5%(226 cases), 2.8%(16 cases),1.6%(9 cases) respectively. The positive rate of male was 32.5%(89 cases). The positive rate of female was 54.4%(162 cases). Higher susceptibility rate of Mycoplasma to ten kinds of antimicrobial agents were Minomycin, Doxycline, Azithromycin, Joxamycin and Levofloxacin. The lower were Erythromycin, Tetracycline, Ofloxacin. Conclusion Mycoplasma infection rate is 43.9% in outpatients with STD, and Mycoplasma infection rate of female is higher than that of male( P <0.05). The major mycoplasma is Uu (93.6 %). The susceptibility rates of Mycoplasma to Minomycin, oxycline, zithromycin, oxamycin and Levofloxacin are higher than those of Mycoplasma, Erythromycin, Tetracycline, Ofloxacin respectively( P <0.05).
