| 摘 要： | 本文对47例肝原性槽尿病血波流变性的特点及降糖治疗后的变化进行了对比研究。发现降糖治疗后血流变全血粘度（η_b）、血浆粘度（η_p）、还原粘度（η_r）、红细胞变形系数（TK）、红细胞聚集系数（VAI）和纤维蛋白原（PFC）等明显改善（P＜0.01）。说明了降糖治疗的重要性及血流交检测对于病情观察和疗效判定有重要意义。文章还就肝原性糖尿病血流变的变化机理进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | Hemorheology has been observed in 47 cases of diabetic patients - with hepertopathy. Itwas found tbat there were more marked disturbances in tbe blood rheology in these cases. After theRI or Diamicron treatment, the disturbances of bemorheology were rapidly decreased (P<0. 01). Thisstudy showed that the observation of the changes of kemorheology 'was important in treatment of thesevere diabetic patients. In the paper, the mechanism of diabetic patients witb hepertopathy wasalso discussed. |
