甘精胰岛素联合格列美脲与诺和锐30治疗2型糖尿病的疗效比较

目的比较甘精胰岛素联合格列美脲与诺和锐30治疗口服降糖药未达标的2型糖尿病患者的疗效。方法135例血糖控制未达标的2型糖尿病患者。随机分为甘精胰岛素联合格列美脲组（68例）与诺和锐30治疗组（67例），观察两组治疗前后血糖及HbA1c变化，以及低血糖的发生率。结果两组各监测点血糖及HbA1c治疗后与治疗前比较均明显下降（P〈0．01），治疗后两组间比较无明显差异；低血糖发生无明显差异（P〉0．05）。结论甘精胰岛素联合格列美脲与诺和锐30都能有效控制血糖，两组低血糖发生率低且相近。

Comparison of therapeutic effects between insulin glargine combined with glimepiride and insulin aspart 30 on treating type 2 diabetes mellitus

OBJECTIVE To study the therapeutic effects of insulin glargine combined with glimepiride and insulin aspart 30 in treating type 2 diabetes mellitus. METHODS 135 type 2 diabetes patients with non-reaching standard blood glucose control were grouped randomly by insulin glargine combined with glimepiride （n = 68）, insulin aspart 30（n= 67）for six months.The blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin before and after treatment were observed. And the incidence of hypoglycemia were compared. RESULTS There were statistically significant differences in blood glucose at various points in 24 hours and in glycosylated hemoglobin between the two groups before and after treatment（P 〈 0.01） .But after treatment there was no significant difference between the two groups（ P 〉 0.05）.And there were no statistically significant differences in hypoglycemia between the two groups. CONCLUSION The above two treatments can reduce the blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin effectively. The incidence of hypoglycemia in insulin glargine combined with glimepiride was as low as in insulin aspart 30.
