| 摘 要： | 目的:评价帕罗西汀对女性躯体化障碍患者的疗效和副反应。方法:对28例女性躯体化障碍患者随机分为帕罗西汀组和文拉法辛组治疗6周,用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、不良反应量表(TESS)评定疗效和副反应。结果:帕罗西汀与文拉法辛疗效相当,但其副反应轻,服用方便,依从性好。结论:帕罗西汀治疗女性躯体化障碍患者疗效确切,值得推广使用.

| Abstract: | Objective:To compare the efficacy and side effects of paroxetine and venlafaxine in the treatment of woman somatization disorder.Methods:28 patients of woman somatization disorder were randomly assigned to paroxetine group and venlafaxine group for 6 weeks.Effects and side reactions were evaluated with HAMD and HAMA and TESS before and after treatment.Results:The therapeutic efficacy in paroxetine group was similar to that in ven- lafaxine.The efficacy in paroxetine group had fewer side effects,taking conveniently and a good compliance.Conclu- sion:Paroxetine is effective in the treatment of woman somatization disorde.It is worthwhile generalization and use. |
