| 摘 要： | 目的：优选黄连最佳酸水提取工艺。方法：采用正交试验法，以提取液中小檗碱含量为考察指标，对影响黄连提取工艺的因素进行了研究。结果：实验设计因素中回流次数影响最为显著。结论：黄连的最佳提取工艺为2％盐酸，12倍量水，回流3次，每次1．5h。

| Abstract: | Objective: To optimize the conditions for the extraction of Coptis chinensis Franch. Methods: Conditions for the extraction were studied by orthogonal design guided by the content of total berberine present in the extract. Results: Significant effect was observed in 2 different experimental conditions. Conclusion: The optimum condition for the extraction of Coptis chinensis Franch was 2% HCl flowing 3 times, 1.5 h each with 12 times water of the quantity of C. chinensis Franch. |
