腹膜透析患者的抑郁情况及影响因素分析

目的 探讨尿毒症患者的抑郁情况对腹膜透析治疗及转归的影响。方法 选择78例尿毒症腹膜透析患者进行抑郁调查，进行汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分，分为抑郁组，非抑郁组，两组间进行性别、年龄、文化程度、婚姻障碍、经济状况、就业率及顺应性比较，观察两组患者的透析充分性、营养状况及生活质量。结果 47．4％存在抑郁情况。两组间性剐、年龄、文化程度、婚姻障碍无显著差异，而顺应性、透析充分性、营养状态及生活质量存在显著差异。结论尿毒症腹膜透析患者的抑郁情况是常见的。它可造成腹膜透析患者的顺应性下降、透析不充分，营养不良，影响疾病的治疗和转归。

Condition of depression and analysis of influence factor among peritoneal dialysis patients

Objective] To investigate the condition of depression among the patients with uremia and the effect of depression on peritoneal dialysis patients. Methods] 78 peritoneal dialysis patients selected were mesured by Hamilton depression scale(HAMD) and divided into two groups(depression group and normal group). The age , sex, education content, condition of marriage, economic status, occupation, compliance were compared and dialysis adequacy, nutritional status, quality of life were observed between two groups. Result] There were 47.4% of the patients with depression. There were significant differences in compliance, dialysis adequacy, nutritional status, quality of life and there were no differences in sex, age, education content, condition of marriage between two groups. Conclusion] Depression is very common in peritoneal dialysis patients with uremia and may result in noncompliance, dialysis inadequacy, malnutrition. Depression may affect the treatment and outcome of uremia.
