摘    要:目的了解三等式法测量CO弥散量应用于SARS病人肺功能检查的意义.方法用3种独立的方程计算正常人和SARS病人吸气、屏气和呼气时间CO吸收率,判断受检者肺弥散功能.结果用三等式法和传统的一口气法对正常人组16例和SARS组28例CO弥散量的测定显示无显著差别,重复性误差<6%.结论对正常人和SARS患者用三等式法测量CO弥散量是准确可靠,且更贴近正常的呼吸.

Abstract:Objective: To study the means of lung function for SARS by three-equation method of measuring single breath carbon monoxide diffusing capacity. Methods: It determined diffusing funtion for SARS to measure Dlco during inhalation, breath holding and exhalation. Results: It was not significance between Dlco3eq and DlcoSB for SARS and control. It was lower 6 percent for difference. Conclusions: This method is more accurate and precise to measue Dlco for normal and SARS and close to the mode of the normal treath.
