格林-巴利综合征临床特点分析

目的 通过分析本地区的格林—巴利综合征的临床表现，总结该疾病在本地区的临床特点，为临床诊断、治疗提供必要的依据。方法 收集本院建院以来收治的格林—巴利综合征60例，对其临床表现、实验室检查以及临床预后进行分析。结果 该病在本地区表现为全年散发、相对的夏季高发；51．7％的病例有明确的诱因，诱因主要为呼吸道感染和腹泻；以肌无力为首发表现的占51％，其次为双小腿和腰背部疼痛、肢体麻木；并发呼吸肌麻痹和植物神经功能障碍的各占31．7％、68．3％，并有3例死于呼吸肌麻痹；肌电图异常占81．3％；临床除3例死于呼吸肌麻痹，其余预后均较好。结论 本地区格林一巴利综合征的发病率和病死率在国内均相对处于较低水平且预后较好；临床表现上伴发植物神经功能障碍的发生率较高，因此治疗时值得引起重视。

The clinic characteristic of Guillain-Barre syndrome

Objective The aim of this study was to analyse the sign and prognosis of Guillain-Barre Syndrome in this area. Methods 60 patients with Guillain-Barre Syndrome who lived in this area and were hospitalized were assessed. Results The incidence of Guillain-Barre Syndrome is highest in summer in this area, but there are also incidence in other time. 51.7 percent patients with Guillain-Barre Syndrome have accountable induced reasons. The first sign included muscle nerveless, sensory defect, respiratory paralysis and autonomic nerves defect. The prognosis of the patients in this study is good expect 3 patients died from respiratory paralysis. Conclusions The incidence and the died rate of Guillain-Barre Syndrome in this area are lower and it's prognosis is better than in other area.
