| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨尿激酶型纤溶酶原激活物 (uPA)与肾细胞癌生物学行为之间的关系。方法 应用免疫组织化学方法检测 2 5例肾细胞癌组织中uPA蛋白水平的表达。结果 随着肾细胞癌分期的增高和转移的出现 ,uPA表达明显增高。结论 uPA表达在肾细胞癌组织中明显增高 ,uPA与肾细胞癌浸润转移密切相关

| Abstract: | Objective To study the relationship between the urokinase type plasminogen activator(UPA) and the biological manner of renal cell carcinoma.Methods The ovalbumin in the tissue of renal cell carcinoma of 25 cases was investigated by using immunohistochemical technique.Results The level of UPA was significantly higher with the increase and metastasis of the different stages of renal cell carcinoma.Conclusion The expression of uPA increases in renal cell carcinoma, and uPA may contribute significantly to the invasion and metastasis renal cell carcinoma of invasion and metastasis . |
