成都市主要河流水中噬菌蛭弧菌的调查

摘    要:本文对成都市5条主要河流水中的噬菌蛭孤菌进行了调查,结果表明,所查的5条河流中均有噬菌蛭弧菌存在,其平均含量为2.1×104PFU/ml,最高达1.0×106PFU/ml,最低为4.0×102PFU/ml,且噬菌蛭弧菌的含量与河流的污染程度有关,污染越严重则本菌含量越高,同时,根据噬斑特征的差异,从水样中分纯了五株蛭弧菌,不同的菌株其噬菌能力不同。

Abstract:This paper reports the result of the investigaton into the condition of Bdellovibrio bacterovorus in the five main rivers in chendu. The result shows that in all the rivers the germ can be isolated from the water,The average number is 2. 1 X 104PFU/ml. the number is in proportion to the pollution degree of the river and the more serously the river is polluted, the greater the germ number is. According to the difference in the pluque feature, we have separated and obtained five pure strains. Each of these stains has its own bacteriolysis capability.
