| 摘 要： | 目的 为评价野生灵芝胶囊作为保健食品的食用安全性。方法 采用急性毒性试验、Ames试验、小鼠骨髓微核试验、小鼠精子畸形试验和 30天喂养试验进行检测。结果 雌雄大、小鼠急性经口LD50 >2 1.5g/kg体重 ,属无毒级 ;Ames试验、小鼠骨髓微核试验和精子畸形试验三项遗传毒性试验结果均为阴性 ;30天喂养试验未显示明显毒性。结论 野生灵芝胶囊属安全性保健食品。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the edible safety of Wild Glossy Ganoderma capsule as health food.Methods Acute toxicity test and Thirty days feeding tests were performed.Results The oral LD 50 in mice or rats was greater than 21.5g/kg.bw and belong to the nonpoisonous.The negative results were obtained in Genotoxicity tests,including Ames test,Micronucieus test and Sperm shape abnormality test.There was no significant toxictity observed in thirty days feeding tests.Conclusion Wild Glossy Ganoderma capsule is edible. |
