| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨愉快因子刺激疗法对缓解颅脑外伤患者慢性头痛的效果.方法 收集颅脑外伤出现慢性头痛患者人生经历中值得愉快的事件作为愉快因子,通过交谈将愉快因子反复传递给患者,观察其接受愉快因子刺激疗法前后的疼痛情况和睡眠状态.结果 经愉快因子刺激治疗后,患者疼痛明显缓解,睡眠状态明显改善.结论 愉快因子刺激治疗能减轻颅脑外伤患者慢性头痛.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effect of jolly factors stimulus therapy on patients with chronic headache caused by cerebral trauma.Methods Collect enjoyable things in patients' experiences as jolly factors.Repeatedly stimulate the patients by jolly factors in conversation.Then observe their status of pain relief and sleep before and after accepting stimulation. Result Pain relief and sleep development are obvious after delight stimulating treatment.Conclusion Delight stimulating treatment can alleviate the chronic headache for the patients caused by cerebral trauma. |
