摘    要:目的:建立独脚金药材的指纹图谱分析方法.方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法,Dikma(DiamonsilTM C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-2%甲酸水溶液系统,梯度洗脱,检测波长340 nm.结果:建立了独脚金药材的HPLC指纹图谱,确立了独脚金药材指纹图谱中的8个共有峰,计算出10批独脚金药材指纹图谱的相似度.结论:所建立的HPLC指纹图谱有很好的精密度、重复性和稳定性,能够用于独脚金药材的质量控制.

Abstract:Objective: To establish an HPLC fingerprint analysis method of Striga asiatica (L.) O. Ktze. Method: Chromatographic fingerprint of Striga asiatica (L.) O. Ktze. was investigated by RP-HPLC. The chromatographic column was Dikma ( DiamonsilTM C18(250 mm ×4. 6 mm,5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of methanol-2% formic acid and the gradient elution mode was ap- piled to chromatographic separation. The detection wavelength was 340 nm. Result: The HPLC fingerprint of Striga asiatica (L.) O. Ktze. was established preliminarily, 8 characteristic peaks were selected and the similarity among 10 batches of Striga asiatica (L.) O. Ktze. from different aera were determined. Conclusion: HPLC fingerprint method is accurate, repeatable, stable, and can be used for quality control of Striga asiatica ( L. ) O. Ktze.
