| 摘 要： | 医院药学的发展机遇与挑战并存,科技进步、改革的深化,要求医院药学必须转变观念。建议医学院校的药学院(系)逐步改革现行的化学模式的药学教育制度,建立生物医学模式的药学教育制度,开设临床药师专业,开办临床药师专业硕士、博士学位班,制定临床药学管理办法,明确临床药师岗位职责,营造有利于临床药师发展的医院环境。

| Abstract: | Hospital pharmacy faces both challenge and opportunity. With the progress of sciences and technology, and the deepened reform, the concept about hospital pharmacy should be changed. The article suggests that the current education system and model of pharmacy in pharmacy colleges or departments be changed, and a new education system of pharmacy based on the model of biomedicine be established, and the profession of clinical pharmacy be developed in colleges, also the classes in undergraduate level. It also suggests that the measures of clinical pharmacy management be developed, to definitude the responsibility of the clinical pharmacists, and a good environment of be propitious to training clinical pharmacists be built. |
