| 摘 要： | 目的:研究中西医结合治疗肝内胆管结石的临床疗效。方法:对137例肝内胆管结石患者采取不同手术方式治疗,术后采用中药辨证施治。结果:全组无死亡病例,治愈126例,残余结石7例,复发4例。术后并发切口感染7例,胆漏5例,胆道出血2例,腹腔内出血1例。结论:选择合理的手术方式、术后结合中药治疗肝内胆管结石,疗效满意。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical therapeutic effect of intrahepatolithiasis with intergrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine. Methods In 137 patients with intrahepatolithiasis receiving different operations, traditional Chinese herbal treatment determination based on syndrome differentiation was taken after operation. Results There was no operation mortality. The incidence of complications after operations was 10.9%, including wound infection （7 cases）, bile fistula （5 cases）, bile tract bleeding （2 cases）, and abdominal hemorrhage （1 case）. Conclusion Proper and appropriate selection of surgical procedures with postoperative application of herbal medicine leads to satisfactory results. |
