| 摘 要： | 目的研究比较相关国家法律在假、劣药定义方面的阐述,为修订与完善我国《药品管理法》提供建议。方法收集国际上部分国家的药品管理法律,分析其特点与异同。结果与结论相关国家都对假劣药有明确的定义,具体内涵与外延有所差异,其合理的成分可以供我国有关部门参考与借鉴。

| Abstract: | Objective To compare several laws about the definition of counterfeit and substandard drugs in different countries,and give suggestions about amending Pharmaceutical Affair Laws in China.Methods A series of Pharmaceutical Affair Laws were collected to analyze on the characteristics and differences of the definition.Results and Conclusion Part countries had exacted definition of counterfeit and substandard drugs with different meanings,and some experience could be referenced by relevant departments in our country. |
