摘    要:目的 描述蚌埠市0-14岁儿童伤害死亡变化趋势和特点,为开展伤害的预防和控制提供科学依据。方法 对1992-2001年蚌埠市市辖区生命统计年报资料进行分析。结果 10年间,蚌埠市0-14岁儿童伤害死亡率为12.7/10万—44.8/10万,占全死因构成的12.7%-37.4%,居0-14岁儿童全死因的前3位;伤害死亡率男性高于女性,伤害死亡率总体呈下降趋势。伤害死因别中溺水、机械性窒息和机动车交通事故是主要因素。伤害死亡率郊区高于市区。结论 0-14岁儿童伤害死亡率呈下降趋势,但仍是主要死因之一,尤其在郊区。

Abstract:Objective To describe the characteristics and trend of injury-related death among children aged 0-14 years in Bengbu and to provide scientific basis for prevention and control of injuries.Methods Annual health statistics of Bengbu (1992-2001) was used to analysis.Results The overall mortality rate of injury among children aged 0-14 years in Bengbu ranged from 12.7 per 100 000 population to 44.8 per 100 000 population in the past decade, accounted for 12.7%-27.4% of proportional mortality rates. In all the causes of death, injury was in the first 3 places. The death rate was higher for males than for females. There was a downward trend in mortality of injury from 1992 to 2001. The leading causes of injury-induced death were drowning, mechanical suffocation and motor vehicle-related traffic accidents. The death rate was higher in suburban children than in urban children.Conclusion Death due to injury in children aged 0 to l4 years has declined but it is still one of the leading causes of the death, especially in suburb.
