北京市1315名公安干警血压水平流行病学分析

目的了解北京市公安干警血压水平。方法于2009年对北京市某区全部1315名在职公安干警进行血压测量等身体检查，分析血压水平及血压分级情况。结果公安干警高血压患病率为43．3％，其中I级高血压25．3％，Ⅱ级高血压12．7％，Ⅲ级高血压5．3％；正常高值血压个体占40．9％；正常血压个体占15．2％。男性血压水平高于女性（P〈0．05），血压水平随年龄增长呈上升趋势，平均舒张压在41～50岁达到高峰。超重人群血压水平明显高于健康人群。结论公安干警血压水平高于一般人群，正常高值血压人群构成比高。

Analysis of Blood Pressure of 1 315 Policemen in Beijing

Objective To understand the status of blood pressure among policemen in Beijing. Methods The blood pressure measurement was conducted among 1 315 policemen and an analysis was focused on their blood pressure level and classification. Results The prevalence rate of hypertension was 43.3%, including grade I hypertension accounted for 25.3%, grade Ⅱ hypertension for 12.7% and grade Ⅲ hypertension for 5.3%. High normal blood pressure individuals accounted for 40.9%, and normal blood pressure individuals accounted for 15.2%. Blood pressure level in male was higher than that in female （P〈0.05）, blood pressure increased with age, the average diastolic blood pressure peaked at age 41-50 years. Blood pressure in overweight or obese individuals was significantly higher than that in normal weight people. Conclusion Blood pressure of policemen was higher, so was the high normal blood pressure.
