摘    要:目的:探讨兔坐骨神经去细胞材料的组织形态学,为组织工程化周围神经研究提供支架材料。方法:切取健康成年新西兰兔两侧坐骨神经各2 cm,分别按传统冻融、改良冻融、未处理3种方法制备材料,分别行大体形态、光镜、透视电镜检查以及基膜管lamina成分观察和分析。结果:改良冻融方法制备的材料细胞成分去除更加彻底,神经基膜管通畅,lamina成分保留完好。结论:改良冻融方法制备获得的去细胞材料,可能是具有仿生结构的组织工程化神经支架较为理想的材料。

Abstract:Objective:To study the histomorphology of the acellular materials from rabbits' sciatic nerve and to provide materials for the study of tissue engineering peripheral nerve. Methods: The bilateral sciatic nerve of 36 healthy adult New Zealander rabbits was cut 2 em and aeellular materials were prepared by traditional freeze thaw, improved freeze thaw and no-freeze thaw ; the above materials were examined by configuration, light microscope and electron microscope; base membrane pipe lamina composition was observed and analyzed. Results: The cell composition of the materials made by the improved method was thoroughly removed, the nerve base membrane was retained and the reservation of lamina composition was intact. Conclusions : The aeellular materials prepared by improved freeze thaw method may be ideal for building tissue engineering nerve.
