米索前列醇联合催产素预防产后出血的临床分析

目的观察阴道分娩时米索前列醇舌下含化联合催产素应用预防产后出血的效果。方法对200例产妇随机分为两组，观察组（米索前列醇联合催产素组）110例，对照组（催产素组）90例，两组产妇均在胎儿娩出后立即给催产素20Iu臀部肌肉注射，观察组与此同时给米索前列醇200ug舌下含化，比较两组产妇第三产程时间、产后2h及产后24h出血总量、产后出血的发生率。结果两组产妇在第三产程时间、产后2h出血量、产后24h出血总量均存在统计学差异（P〈0．01），观察组产后出血发生率明显下降（P〈0．01），使用米索前列醇后无严重的不良反应。结论米索前列醇联合催产素使用对预防阴道分娩的产后出血效果良好，用药简单、方便、安全，值得临床推广使用。
