| 摘 要： | ２１例经病理证实的中晚期肺癌，在支气管动脉造影、灌注的基础上采用自制的套导管法，将导管超选择插入供应肿瘤的支气管动脉内，进行无水乙醇支气管动脉栓塞治疗。临床症状改善率９５％，栓塞后肿块完全消失１１例（５２．４％），部分缓解８例（３８％），总有效率９０．５％。栓塞后手术切除７例。随访结果存活３年以上者５例。重点对超选择支气管动脉插管在栓塞治疗中的意义，无水乙醇栓塞的理论基础及优越性，栓塞的应用价值以及栓塞反应、并发症的防治等问题进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | After bronchial arteriography and perfusion,the superselective intrabronchialarterial embolization with self-made catheter were performed on 21 patients with advanced lung cancer.All cases were diagnosed pathologicallly.After the embolization,clinical symptom improvement rate was 95%,complete tumor remission in 11 cases and partial remission 8 cases.Effective rate was 90.5%.7 cases were operated.in which 5 cases are still alive more than three years in the follow-up.Super-selective bronchial artery embolization,superiority with absolute alcohol,value of emblization and prevention of complications were discussed. |
