| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨引起小儿药疹的药物．治疗及预防方法。方法 分析80例药疹患儿的临床特点、药疹类型及致敏药物的种类。结果药疹类型以麻疹样为多占50％，其次荨麻疹型占26．25％．致敏药物以抗生素为主占60％，解热镇痛药占15％．癫痫药物占12．5％。结论 引起药疹的主要致敏药物为抗生素类(以氨苄青霉素为主．其次为头孢茵素类)。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate drugs that can cause child drug eruption and its treatment and prevention. Methods We had investigated the clinical features of 80 children who had drug eruptions, and their drug eruption types and sensitize drug kinds. Results The main drug eruption types were meusleses or rosalias, which was 50 percent, urticarias , which was 26.25 percent. Most of the sensitize drugs were antibiotics, which were 60 percent, antipyretics analgesics, which were 15 percents, epilepsyia drugs, which were 12.5 percents. Conclusion The main kinds of sensitize drugs that cause drug eruptions are antibiotics, most of which are ampicillins and cephacosporins. |
