丹参注射液联合依帕司他治疗DPN的疗效观察

目的评价丹参注射液联合依帕司他治疗糖尿病性周围神经病变（diabetic peripheral neuropathy，DPN）患者的疗效。方法80例DPN患者，分成观察组和对照组。对照组：采用依帕司他常规治疗。观察组：采用丹参注射液联合依帕司他治疗。结果观察组总有效率为95．00％，高于对照组总有效率67．50％，具有显著差异（P〈0．05）。治疗后，观察组神经传导速度要优于对照组，具有显著差异（P〈0．05）。两组患者在治疗期间均未发现有明显不良反应。结论丹参注射液联合依帕司他治疗DPN患者疗效佳，而且也较安全，建议临床推广应用。

Danshen Injection Combined with Epalrestat in Treatment of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy:An Observation of Curative Effect

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Danshen injection combined with epalrestat in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy （DPN）. Methods Eighty cases of DPN were divided into observation group and control group. The control group was treated with epalrestat and the observation group was treated with Danshen injection and epalrestat. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%, higher than that （67.50%） of the control group, with a significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. After treatment, the nerve conduction velocity of the observation group was better than that of the control group, with a significant differences （P〈 0.05）. No obvious adverse reactions were found in both groups. Conclusion Danshen injection combined with epalrestat in the treatment of DPN shows good efficacy, reliable, safe and worthy of clinical application and popularization.
