维生素C对糖尿病大鼠视网膜自由基系统的作用

摘    要:目的 研究维生素C对糖尿病大鼠视网膜自由基防御系统的影响。方法 将SD大鼠 6 0只分为 5组 ,空白对照组 (CON) ,糖尿病 3月 (DM 3)组 ,糖尿病 6月 (DM6 )组 ,糖尿病加Vc3月组 (DM3+Vc) ,糖尿病加Vc6月组 (DM6 +Vc)。大鼠按 6 0mg/kg尾静脉注射链脲佐菌素制备糖尿病大鼠模型。将大鼠麻醉 ,取出眼球 ,剥离视网膜 ,匀浆后测超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)、丙二醛 (MDA) ,结果用SPSS10 0软件做统计分析。结果随着糖尿病病程的发展 ,糖尿病大鼠视网膜SOD水平逐渐降低 ,而MDA水平则逐渐升高 ,DM 3、DM6组与CON组比较差异具有高度显著性 (P <0 0 1)。补充Vc后 ,糖尿病大鼠视网膜SOD水平明显回升 ,MDA水平有所降低 ,DM3+Vc、DM 6 +Vc组DM 3、DM6组比较差异具有高度显著性 (P <0 0 1)。结论 Vc能够提高视网膜组织SOD活性 ,增强其抗氧化能力 ,减少MDA产生 ,从而对糖尿病大鼠视网膜自由基防御系统起到一定的保护作用。

Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of vitamin C on the free radical system of retina in diabetic rats.Methods 60 SD rats were chosen and divided into the following groups:normal groups(CON),diabetes mellitus rats at 3 months(DM3),diabetes mellitus rats at 6 months(DM6),diabetes mellitus rats at 3 months supplied with vitamin C (DM3+Vc),diabetes mellitus rats at 6 months supplied with vitamin C(DM6+Vc).Diabetes mellitus model were induced on healthy adult SD rats with a single dose of 60 mg/kg of streptozotocin(STZ).After anaesthesia,the retina of rats were chosen and the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD),malondialdehy(MDA)were measured.All data were analyzed by SPSS10 0.Results With the development of diabetes mellitus,the SOD of retina evidently decreased,the MDA obviously increased.The difference was siginificant between the diabetes mellitus groups(DM3,DM6)and the CON groups( P <0 01).But in the groups supplied with Vc,the SOD was not evidently decreased ,the MDA was not obviously increased.There were sharp difference between the supplied groups(DM3+Vc,DM6+Vc)and the unsupplied groups(DM3,DM6)( P <0 01).Conclusions Vc can certainly protec the retinal free radical system of diabetic rats.
