| 摘 要： | 目的探讨分析踝关节的手术治疗方法和效果。方法回顾60例各种踝关节骨折及脱位的手术治疗。结果60例中随访46例,术后疗效为优33例、良6例、可5例、差2例,优良率为84.8%。结论手术治疗踝关节骨折可取得满意的临床疗效,对骨折类型的准确判断及正确选择固定方法对于提高复位质量、改善远期疗效具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss and analysis the method of operative treatment of anklebone. Methods To review the operative treatment of various kinds of fracture and luxation of anklebone in 60 cases. Resuits In 60 cases,46 cases received the follow-up treatment ,33 rated as excellent,6 as good ,5 as fair, and 2 as poor. The rate of excellence reached 84. 8%. Conclusion Operative treatment may provide satisfactory cl innical outcomes for ankle fracture. Properinternal fix ation and correct fracture pattern estimation are of importance to achieve and gain better long-term results. |
