1626名CSWs艾滋病相关KABP现状及影响因素研究

目的了解湖北省全球基金艾滋病防治项目县女性CSWs艾滋病相关知识、态度、行为特征,找出安全套使用的影响因素,为CSWs艾滋病的干预措施提供信息。方法采用分层抽样,对不同档次的娱乐场所内女性CSWs开展问卷调查。结果CSWs平均年龄23.41岁,18岁以下的占5.6%,未婚者占63.3%,文化程度初中及以下的占91.1%。11个AIDS问题回答正确率均在70%以上,有5个问题中,低档娱乐场所CSWs的正确率高于高档娱乐场所,统计学有显著意义。76.6%CSWs自我危险认知程度不高。首次性行为和首次商业性性行为的平均年龄分别是18.26岁、20.94岁,有16位CSWs是吸毒者。最近一次商业性性行为使用安全套率为78.0%,最近一个月商业性行为中50%以上的人能“每次使用”。Logistic回归显示,娱乐场所类型、年龄、婚姻状况、民族、AIDS知识得分、自我危险认知、接受艾滋预防服务是影响安全套使用的因素,进入回归模型。结论要针对不同工作场所、不同人口学特征的CSWs相应开展宣教干预工作,同时加强对CSWs商业性性活动中性伴侣的干预,以便进一步提高安全套使用率。

Present Condition of AIDS Related KABP among 1626 Female Commercial Sex worker and Influencing Factors

Objective The purpose of this study is to understand the AIDS related KABP(knowledge,attitudes,behavior and practices) characteristics of female commercial sex workers(CSWs) in Hubei,which is supported by the Global Fund,and to find the factors related to condom practices for AIDS control strategies.Methods Stratified sampling and face to face questionnaires were carried out.Results Their average age was 23.41 years,5.6% were younger than 18 years,63.3% were unmarried,91.1% got education less than 9 years.To every question,the rate of correct answers was over 70.0%,and there were obvious differences between CSWs who came from different levels in 5 questions.76.6% CSWs didn't think they have the risk of infection by HIV.The average ages of having sex and mercantile sex for the first time were 18.26 and 2094,respectively.16 of them were drug users.78.0% of CSWs used condoms in the last sex and over 50.0% of CSWs used it every time in the last month.The levels of entertainment places,age,marriage,nation,knowledge of AIDS,thought of risk about AIDS and whether accept AIDS program were the factos related to condom using.Conclusion According to different levels of entertainment places and the demography characteristics of CSWs,the methods of education and intervention should be different.At the same time,the intervention to companions of CSWs in mercantile sex should also be strengthened.
