米索前列醇利多卡因等配伍减轻人流及取环术疼痛的效果观察

目的探讨米索前列醇、利多卡因、阿托品、安定配伍用于减轻人工流产及取节育环术患者痛苦的临床效果。方法将200例妇女（初孕的早孕50例、瘢痕子宫早孕100例、绝经取环50例）随机分为两组，试验组（100例）负吸术前2h将米索前列醇400μg置于阴道后穹隆，术前1～3min使用利多卡因宫颈注射、安定静脉推注；对照组（100例）确诊后直接行负吸术或取环术。结果试验组早孕或绝经取环宫颈明显软化、扩张，（早孕者可顺利通过6～8号吸管），无阻力、痛苦小、出血少、人流综合征反应发生率明显减轻。对照组常规使用金属扩宫棒方可手术，痛苦大、手术时间长、出血量较多。结论米索前列醇对扩张宫颈，利多卡因的镇痛，阿托品减少人流综合征，安定镇静、催眠，用于初孕及疤痕子宫早孕终止妊娠、绝经后取环，效果显著，既减轻了受术者痛苦，又方便手术进行，经济、实用、安全、不良反应小，值得在基层医院推广应用。

The Clinical Application of Colposcope and LEEP Knife in Diagnosing and Treating Cervical Lesions

Objective To discuss the feasibility and safety of colposcope and LEEP knife in diagnosing and treating cervical lesions in basic medical units.
