热休克蛋白与抗丝虫感染研究

摘    要:热休克蛋白是原核细胞扣真核细胞在应激情况下舍成的一组结构扣功能高度保守的蛋白。有些热休克蛋白是持续舍成的,在分子折叠中起着管家基因的作用。作为显性的免疫原,热休克蛋白广泛分布于各种丝虫,在丝虫的发育过程及宿主抗感染免疫中发挥了重要的作用。热休克蛋白作为免疫反应中的靶抗原之一,有望成为抗丝虫疫苗的候选分子。

Abstract:Heat shock proteins (HSPs) are synthesized by prokaryotic and eukaryotic cells when they are exposed to stress. Some HSPs are synthesized of highly conservative molecule in structure and function, performing important housekeeping functions. As prominent immunogens,HSPs are ubiquitous within filarial nematode, and play an important role in the course of development of filarial nematode and immunity against filanial infection. HSPs is one of the target antigens of the immune response, and may be hopeful candidate for a future vaccine against human filariasis.
