多层螺旋CT评价冠状动脉旁路移植术疗效的初步应用

目的：评价多层螺旋CT(MSCT)冠状动脉成像在冠状动脉旁路移植术(CABG)后初步应用的价值。方法：6例患经CABG后行MSCT冠状动脉成像，其中1例与选择性冠状动脉造影进行了对照。结果：6例的17支旁路移植术血管中16支管腔开通，1支右冠状动脉移植血管闭塞．并经导管造影证实。结论：MSCT冠状动脉成像是一种简便易行，又安全的无创性检查方法，可随访观察CABG后移植血管的通畅情况，具有良好的临床应用价值。

Investigation of coronary artery bypass grafts by multislice spiral computed tomography

To evaluate the clinical application of multi-slice spiral CT (MSCT) coronary angiography in patients with coronary artery bypass grafts (CABG). Methods: Six patients after CABG accepted MSCT coronary angiography. In which MSCT of one patient was compared with quantitative coronary angiography which served as the gold standard. Results: The 17 segments of bypass grafts of 6 patients were all assessable, in which 16 segments of bypass grafts were unobstructed, one segment was obstructed confirmed by quantitative coronary angiography. Conclusion: Quantitative coronary angiography is still the diagnostic standard, but coronary angiography of MSCT is a simple, reliable, noninvasive, comfortable and no-expensive tool for assessment of CABG and has a profound value of clinical application.
