| 摘 要： | 目的通过检测充血性心力衰竭（CHF）患者血清白介素-10（IL-10）水平，探讨其与CHF的关系及临床意义。方法采用双抗体夹心法测定30例CHF息者治疗前后及25例健康人血清IL-10水平。结果CHF患者血清IL-10水平显著高于时照组（P〈0．01），随CHF加重，IL-10水平升高越明显（心功能Ⅱ级与对照组比较差异不显著P〉0．05，Ⅲ级及Ⅳ级与对照组比较P〈0.01）：心衰好转后明显下降（P〈0．01）。结论 IL-10可能参与了CHF的发生和发展，其在临床方面的意义有待于进一步探讨。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the relation of Interleukin-10 (IL-10) and congestive heart failure (CHF) in patients with CHF by examing IL-10 levels. Methods In 30 patients with CHF and in 25 healthy controls the serum levels of IL-10 were examined by enzyme-linked immunosorbant assay (ELISA). Results IL-10 were higher in CHF group than in healthy control group(P<0.01). The severer CHF was, the higher the levels of IL-10. The levels were lower after treatment than before. Conclusion IL-10 participated in the development of CHF. Its clinical significance should be further investigated . |
