摘    要:本文随机选择100例地高辛血药浓度监测病人的病案记录,分别就性别、年龄、疾病状态、合并用药诸因素对用药者体内地高辛血药浓度的影响进行了生物统计分析。数据应用POMS医用统计学软件进行方差分析,结果显示:性别、肝功能、肺心病及合并用药对地高辛血药浓度无显著影响(P>0.05);年龄老化及疾病状态中肾功能不全、糖尿病、肺部感染对地高辛血药浓度有显著影响(P<0.01)。

Abstract:This study analysed the factors affecting the serum digoxin concentrations, including sex, age, biological status and drugs in combining use, in 100 randomly selected cases. Serum concentrations of digoxin were determined by FPIA with TDx and variance analysis was performed with POMS medical softpackage. The results showed that sex, hepatic function and chronic cor pulmonale had no effect on serum concentration of digoxin (P>0.05), while age, renal function insufficiency, complicated diabetes and pulmonary infection could excert great influence (P<0.05). The serum digoxin level in the group above the age of 60y was higher than that in the group under 60y (P<0.01). Co-diabetes increased the serum level of digoxin significantly (p=0.005), pulmonary infection, on the other hand, decreased the level (P=0.0376). The effect of drugs in combining use was variable.
