大环内酯类抗生素用药分析及趋势探讨

本文以DDDs及药品消耗金额为量变参数，对我院1992～1997年口服大环内酯类抗生素的药物消费结构进行了较全面的调研。结果表明：1992～1996年是此类抗生素品种更换最频繁的5年。1996年以后完成“换代”，用药结构基本固定，其中：一代品种为利君沙（琥乙红霉素），二代品种为罗红霉素、克拉霉素和阿奇霉素。该文同时阐述了此类抗生素的国内外应用现状及发展趋势。

Analysis of Consumption of Macrolide Antibiotics and the Developing Trend

Taking DDDs and sum of drug consumption money as parameters, we investigated the consumption srtucture of oralmacrolide antibiotics in this hospital during the period from 1992 to 1997. The results showed that the renewal of this kind ofantibiotics was most frequent during the period from 1992 to 1996 and after 1996,“change of generation” was finished, and thestructure of drug-use was stable. i.e. the first generation drug was Lijunsha and the second generation drugs were roxithromycin,clarithromycin and azithromycin. The current situation and developing trend of these antibiotics at home and abroad are describedas well.
