贵州产昆明山海棠茎叶中化学成分研究

摘    要:目的研究贵州产昆明山海棠茎叶中主要有效成分含量,分析其入药的可能性。方法:采用薄层层析法和分光光度法分析不同部位样品中化学成分。结果:实验表明枝叶中含量很少,不可入药;但是直径大于0.5cm的茎中含量尚可,其中生物碱含量达0.03%(RSD<1.58%,n=5);总萜内酯含量达0.036%(RSD<2.55%,n=5);雷公藤内酯醇含量达0.016%(RSD<1.24%,n=5)。结论:直径大于0.5cm的茎完全可以作为根的代用品。

Abstract:AIM:To assay the contents of active components in the stems and leaves of T.Hypoglaucum Levl.Hutch Growing inGuizhou. METHODS:TLC and spectrophotometry were used for qualitative and quantitative analysis respectively. RESULTS: Theexperiment showed that the contents of active components in the leaves and fine branches were so low that they could not be usedas medicine.The contents in thick stems(diameter>0.5cm) were as follows: alkaloid 0.03%(RSD<1.58%,n=5);total terpenoids 0.036%(RSD<1.24%,n=5);triptolide 0.016%(RSD<1.24%,n=5).CONCLUSION:The thick stems can be used for replacement of the roots.
