摘    要:目的:研究并建立生物感染源监测体系。方法:针对生物感染源的特点,提出监测体系的建立目标,并在分析各种生物检测装置工作特点的基础上。提出基于网络的层次化联动模式监测体系,以实现监测目标。结果:层次化的结构较大程度上降低了监控成本及耗时;按需联动工作模式则同时降低了网络信息负荷及体系监测成本;综合信息的分析与处理则进一步降低了误报率。结论:监测体系工作模式适用于各种聚集场所及自然环境,具有现实社会意义和较高经济效益。

Abstract:Objective To study the establishment of bio-infectious agents monitoring system(BISM). Methods The monitoring destinations were firstly derived from the characteristics of bio-infectious agents. Based on the analysis of detection equipments, multi-phased network with combining activity were presented to realize the monitoring destinations. Results The work model of multi-phased hierarchy significantly reduced the monitoring cost and consumed time. The working mode of combining activity in need not only reduced the monitoring cost but also the network load. Comprehensive monitor information increasingly reduced the error reports. Conclusion BISM is applicable for monitoring assembling location and natural environment.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal ,2010,31 (4) :27-301
