| 摘 要： | 报告50例(58只眼)白内障囊外摘除及后房型人工晶体植入术的临床分析,随访1～30个月(平均16.5个月),术后矫正视力在0.5上者占91.4%,术后并发症少,是目前白内障患者恢复视力的理想术式。

| Abstract: | A series of 50 consecutive patients (58 eyes) treated by extracapsular cataract extraction with posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation were reported.The follow-up ranged from 1 to 30 months (16.5 months on the average), 53 eyes (91.4%) achieved a corrected visual acuity of 20/40 or more.Postoperative complications associated with the implant were few. At present, it is an effective modality for the restoration of good vision to cataract patients. |
