手术治疗儿童鼾症与扁桃体腺样体肥大疗效观察

目的探讨儿童鼾症与扁桃体肥大、慢性扁桃体炎和（或）腺样体肥大的关系及有效的治疗方法。方法107例儿童鼾症患者，经检查发现均有不同程度的扁桃体肥大和（或）腺样体肥大，在局麻或全麻下行扁桃体及腺样体手术治疗。结果手术切除肥大的扁桃体及腺样体对儿童鼾症的近期疗效可达100％，术后打鼾现象基本消失，张口呼吸、夜惊等症状消失。随访扁桃体、腺样体肥大伴发的13例分泌性中耳炎基本治愈；26例鼻窦炎大部症状消失和缓解。大部分低体重儿童体重增加，家长反映术后患儿的精神状态和智力明显改善。结论及时的诊断和手术切除肥大的扁桃体及腺样体是治疗儿童鼾症安全、有效的方法。

Surgical Treatment of Children Snoring Symptom by Excising Hypertrophy Tonsil and Adenoids
