| 摘 要： | 本文分析了低出生体重儿７８例，其发病原因：孕母患病７５．４％，营养缺乏占１１％，有不良嗜好占５％，胎儿畸形占２．５％，脉带异常占５％。常见并发症；硬肿症占２１．７％，窒息占１５．３％，新生儿肺炎占６．４％，新生儿肺出血占２．５％。

| Abstract: | This artical analysed 78 cases newborn infants with low brith weight.The causes of those cases were sick gravida (25. 4%), malmutrition (17%), addiction of grarida (5% ) fetal abnormity (2. 5%), and navel anomaly (5% ). The complications in neonatal period were sclerema (21. 7% ), asphyxia (15. 3 % ), Pneumomia(6. 4%), and pneumorrhagla (2. 5% ). The author suggested that the low birthweight infants might be decreased with good prenatal supervision for gravide andThe survial rate of low birth weight infants can be improved significantly with active treatment and nursing care. |
