心绞痛从肝辨证施治的观察

目的观察心肝同治法治疗气滞血瘀型心绞痛的临床效果.方法将67例气滞血瘀型心绞痛患者随机分为心肝同治观察组36例,活血化瘀对照组31例.观察组以自拟疏肝化瘀汤治疗,对照组予血府逐瘀汤化裁,两组患者均1剂/d,2次/d,21 d为1个疗程.治疗前后所有患者进行血胆固醇、甘油三酯和心电图检测,并记录心绞痛发作程度、日发作次数及持续时间.结果临床症状改善,总有效率观察组91.67%,对照组67.74%,两组比较有显著差异(P＜0.05);心电图改善情况,总有效率观察组58.33%,对照组32.26%,两组比较有显著差异(P＜0.05).结论对于气滞血瘀型心绞痛,心肝同治法疗效明显优于单纯活血化瘀法.

Observation of Treating Angina Pectoris by Differentiating and Treating the Symptoms of the Live Diseases

Objective: To study the clinical effect on angina pectoris with Qi stagnation and blood stasis by using the method of treating the heart and the liver simultaneously. Methods: 67 cases were randomly divided into treatment group (n=36, given self-prescribed Shugan Huayu Decoction) and control group (n=31, given modified Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction). In both groups, one decoction was taken each time, twice a day and 21 days was a course. Cholesterol, triglyceride in serum and ECG were tested before and after treatment. And the severity, frequency and duration of angina attack were recorded at the same time.Results: 1) The total effective rate of the improvement of clinical symptoms in treatment group was 91.67% and in control group was 67.74%. There was an obvious difference between them (P<0.05). 2) The total effective rate of the improvement of ECG in treatment group was 58.33%, in control group was 32.26%. There was an obvious difference between them (P<0.05). Conclusion: The method of treating the heart and the liver simutaneouly is superior to the method of promote blood circulation and removing blood stasis alone.
