| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨早期生长反应基因（ＥＧＲ－１）在乳腺癌的表达及其与癌基因ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２和ＥＲ、ＰＲ的关系。方法：应用免疫组织化学ＳＡＢＣ法，以ＥＧＲ－１、ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２、ＥＲ、ＰＲ抗体标记７５例不同病变的乳腺组织。结果：乳奶性病变可见相对高水平的ＥＧＲ－１表达而乳腺癌ＥＧＲ－１阳性仅１９例（４２．２％），ＥＧＲ－１表达与乳腺癌淋巴结转移和ＥＲ、ＰＲ表达有关（Ｐ〈０．０５，Ｐ〈０．０１），与ｃ－ｅｒｂ

| Abstract: | Purpose To study the correlation between expression of early growth response gene 1(EGR 1) and c erbB 2,ER and PR in breast carcinoma. Methods Seventy five cases of different breast disease were immunohistochemically stained for EGR 1, c erbB 2 and ER, PR proteins.Results EGR 1 expressed at relatively high level in benign breast diseases, and only 19 cases (42 2%) were EGR 1 positive in breast carcinoma. EGR 1 expression was related to lymph node metastasis and ER,PR of the tumor( P <0 05, P< 0 01),but not related to c erbB 2 expression( P> 0 05).Conclusion Loss or low expression of EGR 1 might be a biological marker for malignant transformation and has rather poor prognostic significance in breast cancer. |
