山东汉族人群DBP基因多态性与多发性硬化的相关性

目的  初步探讨山东汉族人群中DBP基因416和420位点基因多态性与多发性硬化(MS)疾病发生的关系。方法  经临床诊断为MS患者46例为MS患病组，同期健康体检者43例为对照组，检测其DBP基因416位点（HaeⅢ酶切位点）和420位点（StyⅠ酶切位点）基因多态性，并进行统计学分析。结果  MS患病组和对照组比较，DBP基因416位点和420位点基因型频率、等位基因频率和表现型频率分布差异均不显著。结论  山东汉族人群中DBP基因416位点和420位点基因多态性与MS疾病发生无显著相关性。

Association of DBP gene polymorphism and risk of multiple sclerosis in Han people of Shandong Province

Objective  To investigate the association of two polymorphisms (codon 416 and codon 420) in the DBP gene and multiple sclerosis(MS) in Han people of Shandong province. Methods  The cas- control study involving 46 patients with clinically determined multiple sclerosis (MS) and 43 healthy controls. DBP gene polymorphisms at codon 416 (digested by Hae Ⅲ) and 420 (digested by styⅠ)  were determined by polymerase chain reaction with the following restriction analysis of ampliaticfions. Result  There was no significant distinctions of genotypes frequencies and allele frequencies between control group and the patients with multiple sclerosis. Conclusion  DBP gene polymorphism is not associated with risk of development of multiple sclerosis in Han people of Shandong Province.
