两种麻醉方法在老年患者低位手术中的比较

目的评价硬膜外阻滞和蛛网膜下隙阻滞在老年人低位手术中的临床效果和安全性。方法 30例ASAⅡ～Ⅲ级老年手术患者接受低位手术,年龄65～80岁,随机分为硬膜外阻滞组(Ⅰ组)和蛛网膜下阻滞组(Ⅱ组),观察组麻醉效果和血流动力学。结果蛛网膜下阻滞组(Ⅱ组)血流动力学更稳定,麻醉效果更确切。结论蛛网膜下阻滞用于老年低位手术患者不失为安全有效的麻醉方法。

The Comparison of elderly patients with low surgical with two anesthetic methods

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of surgery in the elderly low epidural anesthesia and subarachnoid gap block. Methods Thirty patients ASA （American Society of Anesthesiologists） Ⅱ～Ⅲ level in elderly surgical patients receiving low surgery, age 65 to 80 years old,were randomly divided into the epidural anesthesia group（ I group） and the subarachnoid block group （ Ⅱ group）, while observing two groups of anesthetic effect and hemodynamic parameters. Results The hemodynamics of the subarachnoid block group （ group Ⅱ ） is more stable, more precisely, the anesthetic effect. Conclusion The subarachnoid block in elderly patients would be safe and ef- fective anesthetic method.
