妊娠期合并急性阑尾炎19例病例分析

目的探讨妊娠期合并急性阑尾炎的临床症状,诊断方法和治疗原则,以减少早产及流产等并发症的发生。方法本组19例患者中12例接受手术治疗,5例行保守治疗,对患者的病例资料进行回顾性分析。结果所有孕产妇和婴儿均无不良症状。结论掌握妊娠期特殊的解剖生理变化,有助于对妊娠期合并急性阑尾炎的鉴别诊断;早期手术及抗感染等对症支持治疗,能有效降低并发症的发生率。

Clinical analysis of acute appendicitis during pregnancy with 19 cases

Objective To investigate the clinical diagnosis and treatment of acute appendicitis during pregnancy, to avoid premature, abortion and subsequent possible complications. Methods 19 patients with acute appendicitis during pregnancy who received surgery treatment as from January 2007 till December 2011 to our hospital of were reviewed and analyzed in this study. Results 12 patients received appendectomy,7 patients received conservative treatment; all the pregnant women and the children who were fully recovered after therapy. Conclusion - Grasp the differents with nonpregnant about the anatomise and physiology,which it help us to distinguish the disease; Early surgical treatment and antiinfection are of critical importance for reducing the incidence of complications.
