低压灌注在输尿管镜治疗输尿管结石合并急性肾感染的应用

目的探讨低压灌注在输尿管镜治疗输尿管结石合并感染的有效性和安全性。方法回顾性分析25例输尿管结石继发急性严重上尿路感染,予积极抗感染的同时,I期行输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术。结果所有病例均一次将结石击碎,3例结石碎块较大滑入肾盂,3～7 d后体温恢复正常。结论低压灌注在输尿管镜治疗输尿管结石合并急性肾感染是可行的,避免高压灌注可减少结石上移至肾盂的机会,减少术后感染,值得推广。
