闭合性腘动脉损伤的序列诊治方法

目的 探讨闭合性腘动脉损伤的序列诊治措施，减少并发症，提高挽救肢体的成功率，尽可能保存肢体的功能。方法 自1999年5月~2007年5月对15例闭合性腘动脉损伤的患者采取及时正确的诊断，果断的切开探查，自体或人工血管移植修复，常规骨筋膜室切开减压及类皮肤伸展术缝合，坏死组织的细致清创等序列措施。结果 15例患肢全部存活，随访12例3~12个月，虽有不同程度的功能丧失，但足部皮肤痛觉渐有恢复。结论 及时正确的诊断，果断的外科序列治疗是挽救肢体的有效措施。

A serial treatment used in closed popliteal artery injury

Objective To investigate the outcome of a sequence therapy used in closed popliteal artery injury. Methods From May 1999 to May 2007,15 patients with closed popliteal artery injury were used with a sequence therapy, including diagnosing rightly in time, exploring decisively, reconstructing with vein or artificial vessel implantation, dissecting the intermuscular septums in routine, suturing similar to skin extended, eliminating necrosis tissues, et al. Results All lower limbs were survived in 15 cases. Although some functions of them were defected postoperatively, but the skin sense of pain was resumed bit by bit. Conclusion A sequence therapy of closed popliteal artery injury can decrease the post-injury complications, increase the rate of survival and save the functions of the lower limbs.
