| 摘 要： | 采供血工作档案管理是采供血机构规范化管理的一项重要工作内容。它直接反映了采供血机构工作的整体管理水平。采供血工作档案是记录采供血机构的主体档案，是采供血业务工作活动的真实记录。随着输血事业的发展，科学管理和有效利用档案已成为采供血工作的重要环节。规范化管理采供血工作档案，对于提升采供血机构的整体管理水平、推动采供血工作的发展、不断完善管理体制、提高血液质量、确保临床安全用血起到了积极的推动作用。

| Abstract: | The standardized management to the working record is one of the most important work in blood transfusion services ,which could reflect the management control level in this field directly. The files of daily work could record the real situation in the process of blood collection and distribution. With the development of blood transfusion medicine, the blood transfusion services need to pay more attention to scientific management and effective application of the archive. The standardization of archive management plays a key role in enhancing the management level and promoting the blood transfusion development. |
