| 摘 要： | 目的观察富氧水在高原的抗低氧效果。方法在海拔5380 m选择已习服2个月的男性士兵10名,分别在连续口服富氧水3 d前后做台阶运动负荷实验。结果服用3 d后与服用前比较,安静状态下和停止踏阶即刻心率(HR)显著降低(P<0.05);血氧饱和度(SaO2)及台阶指数显著增高(P<0.05)。结论口服富氧水3 d可改善高原低氧血症,增强进驻青年的运动能力。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effect of anti-hypoxia of oxygen-enriched water on acute exposure to an altitude of 5,380 m.Methods Ten young male soldiers who had been exposed to an altitude of 5,380 m for two months were chosen.Exercise-loaded test was done before and after they drank oxygen-enriched water for three days.Results After drinking,heart rates in resting state and immediately after stopping stepping were reduced,but SaO2 and step index were increased significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion Oxygen-enriched water can improve hypoxemia and enhance motor ability. |
